Job Responsibilities:

✅ Act as the primary liaison with CXOs and other key stakeholders.
✅ Collect and analyze business and product requirements.
✅ Design and architect the overall solution.
✅ Collaborate with team members to drive the development and integration of AI features.
✅ Oversee project management, sprint planning, and quality assurance.
✅ Mentor and guide junior team members.

Requirements:

🎓 Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
💻 Technical Skills:

• Strong programming skills in Python, with knowledge of AI/ML frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis.
• Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.

👥 Soft Skills:

• Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in AI/ML concepts and technical architecture.
• Experience with agile methodologies, cloud platforms, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strategic planning and risk management capabilities.
