Job Description
Ostad Ltd. is seeking a dedicated and proactive Teaching Assistant (TA) to support learners throughout their educational journey. This role involves:
- Providing real-time support by addressing learner queries and resolving issues effectively.
- Facilitating live learner support sessions to ensure a seamless learning experience.
- Tracking learner progress, offering personalized feedback, and guiding improvement.
- Collaborating with content creators to design, review, and optimize quizzes and assignments.
- Developing and reviewing live test questions aligned with course objectives.
- Evaluating learner submissions, providing timely and constructive feedback.
- Preparing handwritten or digital notes summarizing key concepts to simplify complex topics.
- Recording high-quality pre-recorded video lessons to supplement live classes.
- Ensuring videos are engaging, concise, and aligned with course objectives, using relevant visuals and examples.
- Following the Pre-Recorded Video Framework provided by the CX Team.
- Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge base with FAQs, learning materials, and troubleshooting guides to support learners’ self-service needs.
- Managing Facebook groups and other social media platforms to foster a vibrant learner community.
- Engaging in discussions, sharing insights, and moderating conversations to create a supportive learning environment.
- Communicating module updates, notices, and announcements to keep learners informed.
- Maintaining a professional appearance by wearing the official Ostad T-shirt during live sessions.
- Using the Ostad-provided background and keeping the camera on during live classes to enhance interaction.
- Providing administrative assistance to ensure learners have access to necessary course materials, tools, and instructions.
- Supporting the Customer Experience (CX) Department with additional tasks aimed at enhancing learner satisfaction and success.
Requirements
- Education: Graduation in any discipline with sound knowledge about the curriculum.
- Experience: Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or learner support is a plus.
- Skills:
- Passion for education and learner success.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to create engaging educational content.
- Freshers are highly encouraged to apply.
Working Days
- Weekly: 5 days (Remote)
- Weekend: Friday, Saturday
