🔹 Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Laravel Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 2+ years of professional experience working with Laravel and be ready to take on new challenges in a fast-paced environment.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

✅ Design & Develop: Build and maintain high-performance, reusable, and reliable PHP/Laravel code.
✅ Database Management: Design efficient database schemas, optimize queries, and ensure robust data security.
✅ Code Reviews & Best Practices: Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to uphold coding standards.
✅ API Integration: Implement third-party APIs and create RESTful APIs for internal and external integrations.
✅ Troubleshooting & Debugging: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, fix bugs, and improve application efficiency.
✅ Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Frontend, UI/UX, QA) to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

🔹 Requirements

📌 Experience: 2+ years of hands-on experience with Laravel (Laravel 8 or higher).
📌 Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in PHP with a solid understanding of OOP concepts.
📌 Database: Proficient in MySQL, including complex queries and database optimization.
📌 Version Control: Familiarity with Git for source code management.
📌 Front-end: Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (Vue.js or React is a plus).
📌 Problem-Solving: Ability to think critically and solve complex development challenges.
📌 Team Player: Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

🔹 Additional Details

💰 Salary Range: BDT 35,000 – 45,000 (per month)
📅 Working Days: 6 days a week
⏰ Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
